He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Hoeltzle and Helen Hoeltzle (Baker); his wife Susan Hoeltzle; and his siblings, Dianna McIntyre, Donald, Raymond and Jerome Hoeltzle.
He is survived by: his sisters, Therese Sisk and Linda Schlef. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
