She is survived by: her daughter Christie Gardner; her son-in-law Bobby Gardner; her grandchildren, Summer Gardner and Kadyn Gardner; her son Olen Stephens III; her former husband Olen Stephens II; and her siblings, Suzy Raffaner (Tim), Marsha Mathis (Hammon) and Rex Mathis Jr.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
