He is survived by: his wife Brandi Elwell; his children, Liberty Elwell, Heaven Martin, Bernard Elwell, Vincent Martin, Jennifer Dunham, Reba Elwell, Joshua Elwell and Brandy Nanez; and his grandchildren, Arshard, Santina, Jeanna, Anestajha, Vinny Jr., Kylo and Ah'Mari. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
