She was predeceased by: her siblings, Morgan and Mckein. She is survived by: her daughter Isla; her father Samuel (Natasha); her brother Jude; her mother Wende; her siblings, Trae, Chloe and Tabby; her nephew Bryson; her nieces, Skylynne, Azarralynne and Paige; her brother Christopher; her nephew Michael; her nieces, Isla and Rebecca; her sister Nicole; her nieces and nephews, Bryan Jr., Andrew, Eliana and Bryana; her sister Hailey; her nephew Andre; and her niece Annalise. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Isla Conditt Education Fund with checks made payable to Wende Verdeja and left in care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
