She is survived by: her mother Janice Veach (Baldwin); her son Andrew Veach; her siblings, Tina Venable (David), Michael Veach (Christy) and Brian Veach; her nieces and nephews, Chasity Hocking, Caitlin Knight, Jonathan Venable, Ethan Veach and Matthew Veach; and her great-nieces, Annabelle, Lily and Sophia Knight.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cindy Kay Veach Memorial Fund, in care of the funeral home.
