We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2025, at the age of 94, Emma McGinnis (Warrensburg, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement August and Mary Elizabeth Theiss Bruch; and her brother John F. Bruch. She is survived by: her brothers, John Francis and Warrensburg Auto Salvage; her close friend Wes (Erin); her sister Elizabeth Ann (Noel Bruch); her son Bill McGinnis (Ella); her granddaughters, Natalie, Noga and Stacey (Arnold); her great grandchild Stella; her son David Bruch McGinnis (Paula); her grandchildren, Aja (Chris), Kaleb (Hannah), Carson and Emery; her children, Mark Joseph McGinnis (Holly), Elizabeth Ann and Laura Michele Mitchell (Doug); her grandchildren, Tara and Spencer; her daughter Joan Marie Mitchell (Tom); and her grandchildren, Trevor (Danielle), Bridget (Dylan) and Cole.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home (617 N Maguire St, Warrensburg, MO 64093). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sunset Hill Cemetery (604 Colbern St, Warrensburg, MO 64093). A reception will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home (617 N Maguire St, Warrensburg, MO 64093).
