She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence D. Dilley and Blondena Fay Dilley (Carter); her husband William Cleo "Bill" Newby; and her son William "Billy" Newby. She is survived by: her children, Pam Nelson (Ken) of Knob Noster, MO, Cindy Myers (Scott) of Warrensburg, MO, Kim Chambers (Mark) of Holden, MO and Jeff Newby (Jessica) of Warrensburg, MO. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
