He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Monroe Silvers and Znova Silvers (Cox); his wife Pauline Shirley Nichols; his siblings, Lorene Maloney, Lillian Marr, Robert Silvers, Clinton Silvers and C. W. Silvers; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Nichols and James Nichols (Judy).
He is survived by: his sister Christine Hillen of Warrensburg, MO; and his siblings-in-law, John Nichols (Helen), Dale Nichols (Gayle) and Mary Nichols. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
