She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph T. Burk and Vida H. Burk (Hotchkiss); her husband Irvin Fred Warnken; her siblings, Florence Riddle and Everett Burk; and her grandson Jacob Cook.

She is survived by : her daughters, Cynthia Wilen (Mitchell) of Los Angeles, CA and Kimberly Cook of Cleveland; and her granddaughters, Jenna and Emily Wilen.
