He is survived by: his parents, Dale Mathews and Marge Mathews (Robertson) of Orrick, Missouri; his wife Ami; his sister Dalla McMullen (Mark) of Orrick, Missouri; his children, Autumne Heffernen (Jim) of Arkansas, Riley Mathews of Liberty, Missouri and Payton Mathews of Liberty, Missouri; his stepsons, Jacob Goodwin and Johnny Goodwin of Warrensburg, Missouri; his son Joshua Mathews; his goddaughter Emma Cobb; and his grandmother Faye Willard of Orrick, Missouri. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and chosen brothers.
