It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Whitworth of Warrensburg, Missouri, who passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Wendell Johnson and Thelma Marguerite Johnson (Miller); her husband Raymond Nelson Whitworth; and her brother Emmett Johnson Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Whitworth, Kevin Whitworth (Diana) and Joy Lakey (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Rachel, Ashley, Nelson, Justin, Jared, Shelby and Sarah; and her sister-in-law Zella Lou Johnson. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hadley Funeral Home (405 E Benton St, Windsor, MO 65360). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
