She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Willard and Emma Mae Moon; her husband John Averitt Phillips; her siblings, Charles, Lynn and Louise Moon; and her great grandchild Emma McNeely.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynne Xanthopoulos (George); her grandchildren, Melissa Struble (Dallas), Sonia McNeely (Joe) and Christian Xanthopoulos (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Tina, Emily, Sophia, Joseph, Isabella, Dimitris, Constantinos and Spiros; and her sisters-in-law, Jamie and Carolyn Moon. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations are suggested to be made to Alzheimer's Association.
