He was predeceased by: his parents, Zephra and Maggie; his siblings, Gurayne Thrasher, Loretta Caldwell (Bill) and Glenda Blackburn (Charles); and his great grandchild Logan Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Burnett; his daughters, Theresa Elliott (Pat O'Neal), Colleen Bozada (John) and Marsha Ehlers (Tim); his grandchildren, David Elliott, Sarah Foreman (CJ), Joshua Bozada, Kayla Bozada, Maria Bozada, Ryan Bozada and Cameron Ehlers; his great grandchildren, Lily Hayes and Lukas Foreman; his brother Charles Robert Thrasher (Joy); and his aunt EvaBelle Thrasher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many close family friends.
The family is requesting memorial donations, made in honor of Cloyce to be given to Missouri Lions Club Eye Bank c/o Martin Funeral Home, 510 East Main Street, Warrenton, MO 63383.
