He is survived by: his parents, Donald and Patricia; his siblings, Justin Guinn, Carrissa Guinn and Reyan Karnes; his grandparents, Jan Soots and Marilyn Forrester-Amelung; and his siblings' children, Adelynn, Greyson Anderson, Ender Guinn and Oliver Karnes.
