He is survived by: his father Robert Eugene; his wife Juniper Hladik; his children, Haley Long, Chase Nelson and Ryan Nelson; his mother Bonnie Nelson; his brother Terry Nelson (Paula); his grandchildren, Chandler Nelson and Evelyn Nelson; his niece Abby Carter (Sam); his nephew Brady Nelson; Misty Binkley. He is also survived by many other relatives and close family friends.
Memorial donations can be made in honor of Jeff to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
