She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Phillips and Margaret Phillips; her siblings, Jerry Phillips and Rick Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Christina Phillips and Robert Hunsel.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Tochtrop; her children, Tracy Schroer (Jeffrey), Sheri Pearia (Brian), Cindy Willbrand (Matthew) and Jodi Smyth (Ryan); her siblings, Barbara Hunsel, Bill Phillips, Bob Phillips (Sherry) and Don Phillips (Carol); her sister-in-law Rita Phillips; her grandchildren, Kylie Berg (Karl), Austin Diehl, Brooke Diehl, Mercedes Schroer, Judah Schroer, Levi Schroer, Olivia Brackenridge (Nathan), Alexis Willbrand, Mirabella Willbrand, Eva Smyth and Maya Smyth; and her great grandchild Elisabeth Berg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
