It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie P. Thurston (Warrenton, Missouri), who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John DiDio and Mary DiDio (William D. Thurston, Sr.); her son Michael Pomeroy; and her siblings, John DiDio and Emily Toke.

She is survived by: her son Dean J. Pomeroy (MaryAnn) of Wright City, MO; and her granddaughters, Alexis Mikus (Dave), Danielle Pomeroy (Scott Napoleon) and Jaci Pomeroy. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
