He is survived by: his wife Patty Golden; his children, Amanda Mealer, Katrina Reed, Elizabeth Nelson (Corey), Christopher Golden, Matthew Mealer and Joshua Mealer; and his grandchildren, Noah, Mia, Logan and Gracelyn. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
