He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hurley; his children, Amanda Deweese (Steven) and Joe Hurley (Calie); his stepdaughter Kahisha Mann; his father Jim Hurley; his brother Everett Hurley (Kim); his niece Brooke Rogers; his nephew Ryan Hurley; his grandchildren, Colton, Jacob, Macie, Camryn, Dakota, Nicholas and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Brynn, Octavia, Olivia, Primrose, Koda and Scarlett.
