He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Brown and Rosemary Brown; and his brother Gene Brown. He is survived by: his wife Delia "Ann"; his children, Shelley Nichol (David) and Michael Brown (Idelisa Steiner); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Keaghan Nichol and Jordan Gellner (Chad); his sister Brenda Ingram; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal Beckman, Wendy Degner, Dawn Thomas, Miriah Brown, Larry Thompson and Jeff Thompson.
