He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Susan Thoelke, Karen Havens (Brent) and Stephen Rusnack (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Matt Thoelke, Olivia Thoelke, Scott Thoelke, Lindsey Kortkamp, Patrick Kortkamp, Noelle Havens, Alex Rusnack and Elise Rusnack. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
