He was predeceased by: his father Frank Ebbesmeyer; and his grandparents, Leonard, Margaret Ebbesmeyer, Maurice and Marie Schneider.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jo Handlang; his daughters, Julie Edwards, Stacy Schroer (Daniel), Beth Ebbesmeyer, Cindy Orr (John) and Kim Vohsen (Mike); his grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler, Adalee, Breck, Lance, Clint, Halle, Knox and Dax; his mother Carol Ebbesmeyer; his siblings, Tom Ebbesmeyer, Debbie Toebben (John), Susan Weitkamp (Jeff) and Karen Surls (Max); his parents-in-law, Melvin and Joyce Handlang; and his siblings-in-law, Lori Davolt and John Handlang (Vicki). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; other relatives and many close family friends.
A Mass was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (724 E Main St, Warrenton, MO 63383). A reception was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Activity Center (724 E Booneslick Rd, Truesdale, MO 63383).
In Lieu of Flowers, memorial donations are suggested to be given to the Warren County Fair Livestock Committee in support of the 4H and FFA exhibitors, c/o Martin Funeral Home, 510 East Main, Warrenton, MO 63383.
