He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Victor and Cleda Thornbrugh Ward; and his son David Ward. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ward of Warsaw, Missouri; his children, Gregory Ward (Tara) of Butler, Jeffery Ward (Robin) of Amoret, Michael Ward (Tammy Hendren) of Nevada, Missouri and Stephanie Teagarden (Matt) of Topeka, Kansas; and his sisters, Barbara Ward, Karen Brown and Sandy Curnutte. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
