He was predeceased by: his parents, Pam Harris and Cleo Slape; his stepfather Michael Harris; and his sister Tanya McNeal. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Slape; his children, Josh Slape and Shawn Slape; his grandchildren, Ryan Shewmaker, Zoe Slape, Michael Slape and Sean Dusky; and his siblings, Jodella Slape (Jodi), Gregory and James Slape.
