She is survived by: her husband Oliver Forth; her sisters, Mary Ellen Rhodes of Greenridge and Mona Roberts of Warsaw; and her nieces and nephews, Deana, Darla, Cheryl, Vickie, Jennifer, Stephanie, Nicci, Phillip, Jeff and Danny.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Cable Ridge Cemetery (2965-2891 Cable Rdg Rd, Edwards, MO 65326).
