He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waggoner and Effie Moore Waggoner; his wife Sandi McMillin; and his son Jason. He is survived by: his grandsons, Jaxon and Jenson Waggoner; and his brother Harold Dean Waggoner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
