Cathy Runyan-Svacina wrote a sympathy message

“I first met Vicky years ago in Women in Film and Television and worked with her also on the Kansas City FilmFest and many other projects. Vicky was always busy helping others and often helped at various nonprofit organizations in the Kansas City area. She had an energy and spark that radiated to all who came into contact with her! My sincere sympathy to her family that she loved and quietly served in many ways. May her giving heart and spirit never be forgotten! Cathy Runyan Svacina”
