He was predeceased by: his parents, Mart Vivion and Donna Vivion (Barnwell). He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Sue Blankenship of Pensacola, Florida and Ronnie Nowlin (Joyce) of Vinita, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Nowlin of Vinita, Janatha Schreiner of Tulsa, Kevin Cackler of Broken Arrow, Karla Besmer of Florida and Bill Cackler of Texas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
