He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Glenn Carruthers and Virginia Loraine Carruthers (Green); his sister Colleen Tattrie; and his half-sister Beverly Dickson. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Carruthers (Travis Mathews) of Columbia, MO and Neil Bennett (Julie) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Brittany, Selena, Cameron, Cuirren, Adien, Kasen, Jessica and Kaitlyn; his great grandchild Bentley; and his siblings, Penny King of Warrenton, MO and Alan "Butch" Carruthers of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Jessica Carruthers, to be used for Bill's grandchildren, in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
