He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Clay and Lelah Leona Thomas (McCracken); his brother Lloyd "Bud" Thomas; and his sister-in-law Linda Thomas. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Thomas of Warsaw and Jared Thomas of Smithville, Missouri; his siblings, Floyd "Butch" Thomas of Mooresville, Darrell Thomas (Jeanie) of Liberty, Dale Thomas (Sherry) of Chillicothe, Missouri and Linda Strange (David) of Jefferson City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Tabby Smith, Trever Thomas, Jace Thomas, Lily Thomas and Cole Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Kaelyn Smith and Tegan Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to be made to help support final expenses in William "Bill" Thomas' name to Heritage Funeral Home.
