She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Shepard and Bessie Miles (Smith); her husband Kenneth Ruark; her children, David Wayne and Linda Collin; her grandson Eric Ruark; her siblings, Cecil Miles, Charles Miles, Fred Miles and Eleanor Mitchell; and her daughter-in-law Judy Loyd.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Ray Ruark of Claremore, Jerry Lee Ruark (Tarrie) of Washburn, Missouri, Mary Jane Siefken (Robert) of Ozark and Ruth Coonce (Pat) of Garfield, Arkansas; her siblings, Michael Miles (Joyce) of Washburn, Missouri and Kathleen Carr (Sam) of Rose, Oklahoma; and her son-in-law Bill Collin of Exeter, Missouri. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
