It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Billy Joe Chappell of Washburn, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 90, on April 20, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ed Chappell and Lois Ellen Chappell (Edens); and his daughter-in-law Kathy L. Chappell. He is survived by : his children, Bobby Chappell of Rogers, Arkansas and Malinda Cockrum (Jeff) of Washburn, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Eric Chappell (Robyn), Ryan Chappell (Regan), Kyle Chappell (Olivia), Rachel Chappell, Tyler Cockrum and Jason Cockrum (Shelbi). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fohn Funeral Home (1303 N Main St, Cassville, MO 65625). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the King Cemetery.
