He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Eagan. He is survived by: his mother Betty Eagan (Shulse); his girlfriend Cynthia Moore of Washburn, Missouri; his children, Dustin Eagan of Washburn, Missouri and Chasity Moore of Cassville, Missouri; his siblings, Keith Eagan (Kit) of Washburn, Kenneth Eagan of Washburn, Kevin Eagan (Becky) of Exeter, Missouri and Sherri Leach (Dennis) of Monett, Missouri; and his granddaughter Bella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
