We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023, at the age of 70, Rickie Carter of Washburn, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Samuel and Delores Belle Carter (Shultz); and his brother Kenny Carter. He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue (Gregurek); his son Christopher Carter (Valerie); his grandchildren, Axel, Isaac, Riley, Ayden and Katy; his great grandchildren, Kensley and Dierks Minnie; his grandchildren, Erin Jennings (Rusty), Samuel, Case and Lyla; and his brother Lonnie Carter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
