He is survived by: his wife Dena Boshers of Washington; his daughters, Kayla Mumma (Morgan) of Holts Summit and Courtney Polson of Washington; his sisters, Trish Riddle of Villa Ridge and Carla Armistead of Washington; and his grandchildren, Henry Sivils and Theo Sivils. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
