He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Buel, Mae Bullock, Russell and Jackie Davis; and his uncle Michael Davis.

He is survived by: his parents, Dennis B. Bullock (Connie) of Washington, MO and Diana L. Davis (Ray) of Sebastian, FL; his children, Skylar, Silas and Emerson; his siblings, Robert Lowery of St. Louis, MO and Christina Gruebel (Mike) of Washington, MO; his uncles, Rusty Davis of St. Louis, MO, Gus Herget of Washington, MO. and Edward Herget (Sharon) of Union; his aunt Karen Roberts (Michael) of Phoenix, AZ.; and his cousin Doug Ellis (Tammi) of Moscow Mills, MO. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
