With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Baker Gover Belendez of Washington, Missouri, born in Long Beach, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2025 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Baker Gover I (Natalia Belendez Garcia) and Natalia Gover; and his brother Eli Enrique Gover. He is survived by: his wife Myrna Mendez of Gover; his children, Myrna Gover Havener (Don Havener) of Union, Charles B. Gover II (Hilda) of Corpus Christi, TX., Bryan Gover (Maria) of Germantown, MD and Frank Gover (Carmen) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Charles B. Gover IV, Christian Gover (Gimena), Natalie Gover (Simeon), Christopher Gover (Alexis), Frank A. Gover and Jonathan A. Gover; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Sebastian, Nicolas and Tatiana. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
