He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hart of Washington; his children, Samantha (Patrick Hamann) of Washington and Allison (Andrew Hoover) of Union; his granddaughters, Nora and Ellie Hamann of Washington; his brothers, Christopher Hart of Sullivan, Andrew (Tina Hart) and Thomas (Gerri Hart); and his parents-in-law, Paul and Sylvia Czeschin of Washington.
