He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Sullentrup and Anges; and his brothers, Burton and Doug Sullentrup. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sullentrup of Washington; his children, David Sullentrup Jr. of Washington, Traci Siebert (Randy) of Washington, Scott Sullentrup (Sarah) of Washington and Angie Skelton (Glenn) of Marthasville; his siblings, Pat Lubbes (Rich) of St. Louis, Myra Wunderlich (Norbert) of Washington, Linda Pehle (Steve) of Berger and Diane Werges (Steve) of Washington; his grandchildren, Joe Siebert, Alec Sullentrup (Rebecca), Jeremy Sherman (Tessa), Kelsey Sullentrup, Paige Sullentrup, Nicole Ott and Jessica Garner (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Henry Sullentrup, Isla Sullentrup, Adam Garner, Clara Garner and Chase Garner.
