She is survived by: her husband Jim Hammack; her children, Bill Hammack (Kim) of Union, John Hammack (Melissa) of Union, Matthew Hammack of Union and Hattie Johnson (Robb) of O'Fallon, IL; her grandchildren, Lindsay, James (Brittany), Carley, Mitchell (Alyiah), Ryleigh, Maggie, Amelia, Evie and Grace; her sister Linda Stephens; and her uncle Jim Hendry. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
