It is with sadness that the passing of Donald Maune of Washington, Missouri is shared. Donald, born on May 2, 1944, passed away on July 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Maune and Margaret Maune (Gildehaus); his siblings, Francis Maune, Bernice Washington, Marian Seamon (Alfred) and Delores Baker (Lowell); his parents-in-law, Chris and Arlene Kehr; and his siblings-in-law, Arthur Buerk and Sandra Kehr.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Maune; his sons, Brad Maune (Kelly) of New Haven, Tim Maune (Melissa) of St. Clair and Kyle Maune (Jessica) of New Haven; his grandchildren, Gillyann, Cora Maune of New Haven, Jordan Maune of St. Clair, Logan and Samantha Maune of New Haven; and his siblings, Linda Hanneken (Donald) of Washington and Maurice Maune (Shirley) of Washington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Lutheran Family and Children's Services of Missouri or the Knight Alzheimer's Disease Research Center at Washington University.
