She is survived by: her children, Deena Sledge (Joseph) of Carpentersville, IL, Jessica Williams of Hannibal, MO, Justin Worthington of Washington, MO and Danielle Scozzafava of Syracuse, NY; her mother Louise Shrader; her grandchildren, Jamael Troy (Kylee), Maliyah Troy, Christian Sledge, Camryn Sledge, Karlee Elliott, Kayden Elliott, Kinlee Culp, Nickolai Worthington and Renesmea Gardner-Worthington; and her siblings, Deana Harig of Mexico, MO and Levi Hutchison of Rushville, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Hinze family to assist with funeral expenses.
