We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024, at the age of 69, Jerry Eugene Conway of Washington, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Eugene Conway to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his wife Vicki Conway of Washington; his children, Melody Carrell (Robert) of Washington, Rachel Conway (Larry Armistead) of Union and Robert Conway (Deena) of St. Charles; his grandchildren, Ashlee Vastine, Nicholas Adams, Rose Adams, Evan Conway and Cameron Vastine; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Hickman, Grace Vastine, Brooklyn Scarlet, Lincoln Scarlet and Lily Scarlet; and his siblings, Debbie Reiner (Mike) of Union, Faye Wright (Virgil Null) of Robertsville, Cheryl Conway of St. Louis, Kevin Conway of Washington, Tony Conway of Labadie and Terry Conway of Pacific. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oltmann Funeral Home - Washington (508 E 14th St, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Of Washington Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Rock Family Church.

“In 2001 and 2002 I was having a difficult time transitioning from my teaching career in Springfield, Mo to Rockwood. Jerry was my friend at Wildwood Middle School and a friend to my special needs kids in my class. I never saw Jerry without a smile on his face or a difficulty in dealing with the challenges of Rockwood and that takes a lot. It has been over 20 some years but I will never forget his help and kindness to me as an inexperienced teacher in a rough district. God Bless You, Jerry!”
