It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Erfurdt Jr. of Washington, Missouri, who passed away on April 10, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mothers, Lydia Erfurdt Sr. (Koepke) and Linda (Gist); his wife Linda Erfurdt (Gist); and his stepsister Linda Creech. He is survived by: his children, John Erfurdt III (Rachael) of Villa Ridge, James Erfurdt (Dee Dee) of Olive Branch, MS and Margaret Henning (Mark) of Washington; his grandsons, Kaine, Gus and Donovan Erfurdt; and his half-brother Kevin Erfurdt of Cincinnati.
