He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Joseph Holland (Jenny Jane) and Sean; his siblings, Mary Goforth and Bill Holland (Leisa); and his nephews, Steve Holland, James Robert O'Kelly, Phillip Wayne O'Kelly and Ryan William Goforth.
