It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann (Thompson) Ellis in Washington, Missouri, born in Ellsinore, Missouri, who passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Ellis; her parents, James Thompson and Lois Thompson (Riggins); and her sister Sue Cover. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Christian of Rosebud, MO and Michael Christian (Cathy) of Rosebud, MO; her grandsons, Rick, Cody and Sam Christian; and her great grandchildren, Xaiver, Zane, Avacyn and Rayven. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Joyce to Stone Hill Cemetery and left with Wilson Mortuary.
