She was predeceased by: her parents, George Spaunhorst and Alice Spaunhorst; her grandchildren, Justin Jacquin and Brandi McAfee; her siblings, Virginia Voss (Arthur), Eugene Spaunhorst (Wilma), Victor Spaunhorst (Dolores) and Arlene Boeckmann (Lester); and her siblings-in-law, Leonard Jacquin (Loretta), Clifford Jacquin (Lorraine), Iona Maune (Victor), Ruth Richter (Wally), Durverd Jacquin (Ruth), Carl Jacquin (Carol) and Donald Jacquin (Jane).
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Jacquin of Krakow; her children, Joyce Pollock-Loughman (Bob) of New Haven, Dale Jacquin (Donna) of Washington and Tim Jacquin of Norwood, MN; her grandchildren, Mark Pollock (Natalie), Chad Pollock (Stephanie), Todd Pollock (Anne), Tami Mackivitch (Stephen), Nathan Jacquin (Mahala), Nick Jacquin (Cary Schmittling) and Jessa Jacquin (Duane Good); and her brother Jerome Spaunhorst (Ruth) of Washington. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
