He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Unnerstall and Clare; his son Lance Unnerstall; and his brothers, Orville Unnerstall, Kenny Unnerstall and Wilbert Unnerstall.
He is survived by: his wife Brooksie Unnerstall of Washington; his children, Kean Unnerstall (Lynn) of Florida and Traci Unnerstall of Washington; and his grandchildren, Hannah and Shelby Whitacre. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations can be made to the St. Francis Borgia Regional High School or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
