He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Kenneth McMillen and Lena McMillen (Wilson); his daughter Karla Siekmann; his daughter-in-law Kim McMillen; his granddaughter Addeline Rosener; and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Nellie McClain.
He is survived by: his wife Jane McMillen (McClain) of Caledonia; his children, Jackie Rosener (Patrick), John McMillen (Genelita), Jeffrey McMillen, Diana Cosby, Kerry Rolens, David Rolens (Sue) and Kelly Sharpton (James); his grandchildren, Madison, Abbie, Gracie McMillen, Emma Heifner (Thadeus), John Lowell McMillen and Aika McMillen; his great grandchildren, Waylon Robison and Kimberlyn Hedge; and his siblings, Phyllis Ferguson (Dean) and Persia Hummel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeClue Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the DeClue Chapel (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Shirley Union Cemetery.
