She was predeceased by : her parents, William Luttrell and Ruth Luttrell; her parents-in-law, Oswald and Laura; her siblings, Bill Luttrell (late Esther), Jack Luttrell, Velma Brinker (late Bernard), Sissi Wellenkamp (late Henry), Henrietta Koch (late Ray), Linda Hoppe (late Carl) and Junie May Mueller; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Wisecarver, Bill Marts and June Siedhoff (late Harry).
She is survived by : her daughter Becky Brown (Steve) of Washington; her grandchildren, Jess McGuire (Micah) of Lees Summit and Abby Brown (Austin Weiss) of Springfield; her sister Bonnie Wisecarver of Washington; and her siblings-in-law, Romana Welsh of Washington, Arlene Marts of Washington and Bobby Mueller of Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Immanuel Lutheran School.
